- Usage and Content: Inputs you provide to generate lyrics or audio (e.g., team names, rosters, style selections) are processed by our Service and may be sent to external AI providers to fulfill your request.
- Payment Information: When you purchase credits or products, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe may collect and store payment method details per its own policy.
- Device and Cookies: We use cookies for session management via Supabase and to keep you signed in. We may use analytics to understand basic usage.
How We Use Information
- Authenticate users and maintain sessions.
- Process purchases, manage credits, and provide invoices/receipts.
- Generate lyrics and audio using external AI providers based on your inputs.
- Provide customer support and improve the Service.
- Prevent abuse, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations.
Third-Party Services
We integrate with third-party services to operate the Service. Your information may be shared with these providers to the extent necessary to provide functionality:
- Supabase (authentication, database): We use Supabase to manage user accounts, sessions (cookies), and application data.
- Stripe (payments): We use Stripe to process payments and manage billing and receipts. Stripe receives payment details and limited metadata (e.g., your user ID) to reconcile purchases and credit grants.
- OpenAI (lyrics and OCR/vision analysis): When you request features like lyrics generation or screenshot analysis, we may send relevant prompts and images to OpenAI services for processing.
- Suno (audio generation): When you request song generation, we send prompts/lyrics and related parameters to Suno to create audio.
- Vercel Analytics (performance/usage): We may use Vercel analytics to understand basic usage and performance; this may collect de-identified metrics.
Data Retention
We retain account, purchase, and generated content data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account data as described below.
Your Choices
- Access/Update: You can access and update your account details from within the app.
- Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and content by contacting us. We may retain certain records as required by law (e.g., transaction records).
- Cookies: You can control cookies through your browser settings, but core session cookies are necessary for the Service to function.
Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Users
